In the context of the effort of modernization and two-way communication with the citizens, the Deputy Ministry of Social Welfare announces that as of today, March 15, 2022, the new upgraded electronic portal of the Welfare Benefits Management Service, which is located at the link www.dmsw.gov.cy/wbas, has been put into operation.
The new portal will make communication with civil society more interactive and direct, answering questions and giving clarifications regarding all the allowances handled by the Service.
In the context of this effort, answers have been included for the most common questions that mainly concern the provisions of the legislation on the Guaranteed Minimum Income, the Child and Single Parent Benefit, the Low Pensioners' Allowance, the Mother, Care Allowance, etc. Furthermore, through the website there is the possibility of submitting a request for a certificate of receipt of allowance. The form is available under the "FORMS" section.
The website aims at the fastest service of its users, limiting as much as possible the time of the procedures. The aim is the continuous upgrading of the website, gradually enriching it with new services and modules, with the ultimate goal of faster and more correct service to citizens.
