The disposal of the third batch of self-testing tests for COVID-19 continues from February 24 to March 23.

According to the Ministry of Health, the beneficiaries are those citizens who have completed their vaccination program with two doses for the dosing vaccines and one dose for the single-dose vaccine or received the booster/3rd dose of the vaccine and are also beneficiaries of the GHS, as well as children up to 17 years of age who received at least one dose of vaccine and the period required to receive the 2nd dose has not expired. a) GHS beneficiaries may receive self-tests from GHS-contracted pharmacies upon presentation of proof of identification. The package includes five self-tests and citizens will have the opportunity voluntarily to conduct the test to determine if they are positive for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. In case of a positive result, citizens should contact their Personal Doctor to refer them for PCR examination to the Public Health Clinics of their province of residence. b) Citizens who are not GHS beneficiaries, but have completed their vaccination scheme in Cyprus, or have completed their vaccination program in another European country and are beneficiaries of the GHS, can receive the package containing the five self-tests from the following points: Province Spot Address Nicosia daily from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Old Nicosia Hospital Nehrou Avenue, Agios Andreas, P.O. Box 5310, Paralimni In case of a positive result, citizens should contact the Public Health Clinic Coordination Center at the email: coordination.iatreiadygeias@moh.gov.cy by sending their identification details (name, surname, phone number, id number, date of birth and province), as well as a photo of their positive self-test.
