Russia has created a no-fly zone over the Donbass region in eastern Ukraine, an official of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic said, as reported today by the Interfax agency.
This decision has, of course, become news in the Ukrainian media, as it is yet another move that escalates the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
Zelenskiy's request
We recall that Volodymyr Zelensky has asked the West to take the same measure for Ukraine's airspace, which has not been accepted. As European leaders and US President Joe Biden have noted, this could bring about the Third World War.
