HADASSAH HEALTH PARK IN LAKATAMIA PROGRESSING & OTHER BUSINESS MATTERS

Riviera Plaza BBI Ltd (Riviera), which has undertaken the construction of Hadassah Health Park in Nicosia, announced the full repayment of its loan of more than €11 million.

Following this development, the new main shareholder Elhadi Holdings Ltd is now taking over the reins and is rapidly proceeding with the construction of the mixed-use development in Lakatamia, with a size of more than 100,000 sq.m., on land of a total area of 65,000 sq.m. The project, according to information, has already secured a building permit, with the planning permission for the residential part already approved, the design of hospital and commercial elements is at a very advanced stage. The development will include integrated medical facilities, with a long-term lease of buildings at Israel's internationally renowned university hospital, Hadassah. In addition, seven residential buildings will be erected with apartments for sale, a university building, offices, shops and a specialized condo hotel type unit.

Elhadi Holdings is a member of the Eli Israeli Group, a land development investment fund, with a presence in more than 12 countries and a portfolio of more than €2 billion. It began its work 40 years ago, when it created the first residential development to house 10,000 residents in Israel. The Elhadi Group recently sold the most profitable Mall in the world, for the sum of Nis 1.31 billion.

Intercontinental Limassol Hotel is coming

One of the world's leading organizations, Intercontinental Hotel Group and Frantzis Group of Companies, announced this week their agreement for the construction of a luxurious 5-star hotel in Limassol. This hotel will bear the name INTERCONTINENTAL LIMASSOL HOTEL. New president at Celestyal Cruises

Celestyal Cruises announced this week the appointment of David Noyes to the position of Non-Executive Chairman of its board of directors. Compensation of €9 million a CSE company

Major boat maintenance project at Limassol port
