Ukraine filed a lawsuit against Russia at the UN International Court of Justice in The Hague, said President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, the court that resolves disputes between states over international law.
The announcement was made by the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky himself, via Twitter.
