The Organization of State Health Services (CYSS), following a decision of the Council of Ministers, announces the resumption of non-emergency surgeries in its hospitals, as of Monday, February 28, 2022.
Planning for the non-emergency surgeries that were postponed in the previous period is ongoing. Priority will be given to patients whose surgery has been postponed due to a pandemic and whose health condition has deteriorated.
The information of the patients for the exact day and time of the operations will be done by telephone from the addresses of the hospitals of the Organization.
The provision of high quality health care services, focusing on the patient and the entire population of Cyprus, is a priority for the CSO.
