A small change in the weather will cause a barometric means and high clouds that affects Cyprus. Initially today and tomorrow the mercury will climb up to four degrees above normal. But on Saturday we will experience rain, local thunderstorms and snow in the highlands. On Sunday, the sunshine returns again.
In particular, the Director of the Department of Meteorology, Kleanthis Nikolaidis, noted in "F" that there will be increased high clouds in the middle and upper atmosphere. This system, he said, is not expected to bring phenomena today and tomorrow. "It will be what we call hidden fire – 'deaf-boiling'. The temperature will rise to around 19 degrees in the interior and on the coast and around 9 degrees in the mountains. That is, about four degrees above normal levels for the season."
On Saturday the weather will be mostly cloudy, with local rain or thunderstorms and in the higher mountainous snow. The temperature will drop slightly. "On Sunday the weather will again become mostly clear," with a chance that the mercury will rise again on Monday.
