The Consumer Protection Service informs that in recent days it has received complaints from consumers about the Kymberly's_fashion page which operates mainly on social media but also on the website https://sneakaddict.wixsite.com/website (under the name ALL LUXURY FOR HER).
In particular, consumers complain that they placed orders for products, paid the relevant price but the products they received did not correspond to the characteristics of those advertised. Further all their efforts to communicate with the electronic company proved fruitless.
Taking into account the above, the Consumer Protection Service calls on consumers to be particularly careful and avoid transactions with this website or pages with the same name on social media.
On this occasion, the Service reminds consumers that according to the legislation, a business that trades online, must provide them with easy, direct and continuous access to basic information, including:
- its name,
- its geographical address,
- e-mail address and telephone number,
- the VAT identification number,
- its registration number.
Finally, the Service advises consumers that under no circumstances should they make purchases from traders whose only information they provide is a mobile phone number or an e-mail address.
