A letter to MPs and parliamentarians, stressing their necessary compliance with the laws applicable to all citizens, was sent by the President of the Parliament Annita Demetriou, in the wake of reports referring to pending debts of members of the Parliament for traffic violations.
Among other things, Ms. Demetriou stresses that MPs must be a model of behaviour and compliance with their legal obligations.
