Where your rent is payable, payment can be made via www.jccsmart.com. Alternatively a cheque can be sent to the Accounts section of the Department of Postal Services, 1900 Lefkosia.
From 1 February 2022 if payment has not been made a surcharge of €5 will be applied. As of 1 March 2022, if the renewal has not been paid, the PO Box will be automatically released.
