NEW LUXURY CAMPSITE IS COMING TO CYPRUS - AT INIA

The green light was lit by the environmental authority for the construction and operation of a luxury campsite in the community of Inia in the Pafos district.

The aim of the project is to accommodate local and foreign tourists in 3 wooden, independent and autonomous houses that will be built within the framework of the project.

The total area of the proposed plot amounts to approximately 1673 sq. m.

According to the information report, the requested development will consist of:

- 3 wooden houses, with covered areas of approximately 51 sq. m., and uncovered areas of approximately 29 sq. m. each

-Shared living room with wooden deck and bright pergola, with an area of about 45 sq.m.

- Parking spaces for 3 places,

-Rubble collection area

-Retaining walls with wire cages (gabions).

The proposed project foresees landscape construction, which includes paving with stones of the area at the entrance of the project and planting of burial plants of the area, as well as 20 olive and citrus trees.

The daily estimated water consumption during the operation of the project according to the information report is estimated at about 0.5 m3.

According to the information report, the proposed project will be supplied with water from the water supply network of the Community Council of Inia, while water from the Community tap will be used for irrigation.

Construction work

The construction works that will be carried out in the proposed project are the following:

-Construction of a retaining wall with wire cages (gabions)

-Construction of a concrete sandal of a total of 150 sq. m. approximately

-Construction of three wooden constructions of hospitality of mild tourism

-Construction of paved with a base of local stone

-Undergrounding of ducts/ intubations and cables

-Construction of wooden deck

-Construction of wooden pergola

-Construction of a watertight tank.

Access to the site of the proposed project will be made from the existing road network of the community of Inia.
