Let's cook pasta!
We are delighted to welcome you back to our cooking classes for the first in-person classes of the year. Learn the art of making fresh pasta dough from scratch. Chef Nico will take you through all the basics, showing you how to create the perfect pasta with only flour and eggs — from Tagliatelle to Pappardelle. You will never need cook store-bought pasta ever again.
During the class, we will match the homemade pasta with a delicious ragu sauce and an alternative vegetarian ragu for our vegetarian friends. After the class, we will taste our own dishes with some wine, together with all of the class. The class is specifically designed for the absolute pasta beginner and will include theory and practice, followed by a dinner.
The group consists of maximum 8 persons.
