After the great success of the summer campaign, Paphos stakeholders continue their efforts to attract domestic tourism on a year-round basis. The campaign to attract domestic tourism has the direct objective of strengthening and supporting the actions taken by all those involved in the effort to continue Paphos to be among the first preferences of the residents of Cyprus for domestic tourism.
The effort culminates these days, on the eve of the new year, with promotional messages on the subject of Christmas and New Year's celebrations as well as the experiences that one can enjoy during this period in beautiful Paphos.
The month of December and the beginning of January, apart from the Christmas and New Year holidays, is ideal for short weekend getaways, for a full-day excursion and day trips for families, couples, as well as individual visitors, the province's tourism officials say. Visitors, apart from the very attractive accommodation packages, have the opportunity to tour the priceless archaeological and other points of interest of Paphos, to visit the beautiful villages and the countryside, the unique churches and monasteries, to taste gastronomic creations and so much more.
