EMAIL SCAM - PAYPAL
Yet another scam by email. This one purporting to be from PayPal. One email telling you that a new card has been added to your account, giving the last 2 numbers which you need to confirm through a link in the email. The two numbers did not match any of the cards held.
A second email also from PayPal saying that a new account had been created and there was just one step to complete the set up, by clicking the link.
Please be alert - do not click on any links in these emails and always check the validity of the statements. Genuine emails usually show an email address including the business name and any email would contain your full name or business name. Also banks and financial companies will never ask you to click on links in emails.
