CHRISTMAS EVENTS PROGRAM OF PAPHOS MUNICIPALITY
With a variety of artistic and entertainment events and the appropriate festive atmosphere, the Municipality of Paphos welcomes Christmas and the New Year this year as well. The detailed program of the festive events, organized by the Municipality is the following:
CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING (10.12.2021) Venue: Kennedy Square Time: 6.00 p.m. Beke Municipality Concert - taking part -
• Paphos Municipality Philharmonic • Paphos Municipality Conservatory
- Paphos Music School - Percussion Group.
The lighting of the Christmas tree will be done by the Mayor of Paphos.
SANTA RUN - EVENT WITH VOLUNTEER BODIES (12.12.2021) Venue: Town Hall Square - Kennedy Square Time: 10.30 am- 1.30 pm With the participation of the Paphos Municipality Philharmonic - Santa Claus March, by young and old Santa Clauses. Feast of Love Location: Shopping Center Time: 11:00 a.m .: - Christmas charity bazaar, with the participation of voluntary bodies and organizations - A variety of activities for children - Artistic programme.
PHILHARMONICS CONCERT - OPENING OF THE PHILHARMONIC HOUSE (18.12.2021) Venue: Makariou Avenue (Philharmonic House) Time: 11:00 a.m. Entertainment event centred on the Concert of the Philharmonic of the Cyprus Police Force and the Philharmonic of the Municipality of Paphos, in the context of the inauguration of the Philharmonic House, which will be performed by the Mayor of Paphos. Rock FM radio station will broadcast live in the area of the Shopping Center
PAPHOS MUSIC SCHOOL CONCERT (18.12.2021) Venue: Hani Ibrahim Time: 12.00m. The Music Ensembles of the Paphos Music School, in an unforgettable Christmas Concert.
CHRISTMAS EVENT - CHARITY FOUNDATION “RAINBOW IN CYPRUS” (19.12.2021) Venue: Kennedy Square Time: 11:00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. A rich artistic program will be presented, in a Christmas atmosphere and various activities for children.
CHRISTMAS EVENT FOR THE FAMILY (24.12.2021) Venue: Kennedy Square Time: 11:00 a.m. Christmas atmosphere, in the most central square of the city. Participants: Paphos Municipality Philharmonic Paphos Municipality Conservatory Music Club Choir Choir of the Cultural Association "Evagoras Pallikaridis" Paphos Music Ensemble School of Music Art Despina Konstantinou. There will be a variety of activities for children.

AGIA THEOFANIA (6.1.2022) Venue: Limanaki, Kato Paphos Time: 9.30 a.m. (and onwards) Procession of Agios Theophania, from the Church of Agioi Anargyroi to the Dock, in the Port of Kato Paphos, to the sounds of the Philharmonic of the Municipality of Paphos.
