POLITE REQUEST
Please could we ask people NOT to feed the Hound [Hattie] and the Poodle that hang around mainly near the Vrasidas Taverna (but also wander the length and breadth of Tala) - even when they turn their saddest eyes on you.
We know that this is an ongoing saga but we can assure you that we are still trying to catch them. To stand any chance of success we need them to come to us each day in a certain place to be fed. If they know that people will feed them elsewhere then they will wander more and make our job even more difficult than it already is.
The Hound has had 19 puppies in the last 2 years - heaven knows how many in previous years! She will be coming into season again in the next few weeks so it is imperative that we make another attempt to catch her soon.
Please make our task that little bit easier by leaving her alone and NOT feeding her.
