A complaint to the Police was made by the EAC, after locating a fake Facebook account, which bears the name of the Authority. In fact, this account uses content that has nothing to do with the activities of the Organization, as it states that it provides health and beauty services.
EAC clarifies that it does not maintain an account with the Social Network. At the same time, EAC has made an official complaint to the Police, and specifically to the Electronic Crime Prosecution Service, which will deal with the matter. On this occasion, EAC informs that, in addition to the EAC's official website www.eac.com.cy,EAC's Twitter and LinkedIn accounts have recently been activated, while digital material is also available on EAC's YouTube channel.
The aim, as stated by the EAC, is for the public to be able to see directly the announcements, updates, actions, interesting information and all the news concerning the Organization.
