VACCINATION - WALK-IN CENTRES - CHANGE OF OPERATING HOURS FROM 22 NOVEMBER

 Filenews 19 November 2021

It was decided to extend the opening hours of the free-to-go vaccination centres (walk in), which operate in all provinces, as part of the government's efforts to increase the vaccination coverage of the population against COVID-19.

As stated in a relevant announcement, recognizing that the timely mass vaccination of citizens against COVID-19 is one of the most powerful weapons for the effective response to the pandemic and the containment of the coronavirus, by extending the opening hours, it gives the opportunity to all citizens to rush for vaccination, thus shielding ourselves and those around us.

With a view to safeguarding public health, the Government will monitor the epidemiological indicators as they will be formed in relation to the percentage of vaccination coverage and, if necessary, will consider taking strict measures.
