The Police proceeded on the basis of court warrants to arrest three women aged 57, 55 and 36 respectively, for facilitating the interrogation of an investigated case of fire in a car.
The fire had broken out at midnight on Wednesday in a car parked outside the home of its owner in the community of Tala.
The car was extensively damaged by the fire. Based on the evidence collected by the Police, the three women are alleged to have disputes with the owner of the vehicle, which had recently been brought back to the Police following an incident that took place between them.
The IOC of Pafos continues the examinations, while at the same time the investigations continue for the other two arson of cars that were recorded the same night in Arodes and Innia.
