The time is approaching when the premises of the Citizen Service Centre created by the Municipality of Pafos in the parking lot of the "Stelios Kyriakides" Stadium will be made available to the public of Pafos. The works for the construction of the premises are progressing rapidly and the project is expected to be delivered soon by the contractor.
With the operation of this pioneering Center, the citizen will be able to be served immediately and easily, since he will be able to carry out without any parking problem and with the use of digital technologies, more than 40 cases, such as payment of bills, payments of taxes, fees and extrajudicials, deposits and receipts of planning permits and building permits, health certificates, issuance and receipt of dog possession permits, licenses of drink and sound, submission of objections and complaints, issuance and receipt of various certificates and many other cases.
Apart from the citizens of Pafos, the Centre will also serve the residents of the areas participating in the Sapa, since the said Center will be included for the purpose of serving the public and services of the Pafos Sewerage Board.
The creation and operation of the Citizen Service Center in the area of the "Stelios Kyriakides" Stadium, which has a plethora of parking spaces all working days and throughout the year, will contribute decisively to the alleviation of the traffic problem of the city, as well as the overcrowding of citizens at the Offices of the Municipality of Pafos and the SAPA, while the processing of cases will take place in a very short time with the use of new digital technologies.
For the purpose of the construction of the Center in the parking lot of the "Stelios Kyriakides" Stadium, the Municipality of Pafos signed with the CSO a long-term rental agreement for a space of 250 sq.m., for a symbolic amount of 200 euros per year.
