After the beginning of the school and academic year and given that the goal remains to encourage and facilitate vaccination against COVID-19 in people aged 12 years and over, the Ministry of Health informs that from Saturday, September 11, 2021, vaccinations are resumed on Saturday in COVID-19 Vaccination Centres all over Cyprus.
On Saturday, the Vaccination Centres will operate from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and will serve all citizens who either schedule an appointment through the Vaccination Portal, or wish to be served at the free attendance centres without appointment.
It is noted that from Monday to Friday, the free-attendance vaccination centres are open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Every Friday, non-beneficiaries or non-enrolled in the GHS can also be vaccinated at the walk-ins.
It is reminded that all persons who come for vaccination must provide proof of identification (IDENTITY Card, Passport, Alien Registration Card, etc.). Minors must also submit the Written Consent Form of Parents/Guardians for The Vaccination of a Minor with a VACCINE for COVID-19 signed by both parents/guardians, unless legally (upon presentation of a court decision) this is not necessary. When vaccinated, children 12-17 years old are accompanied by parents/legal guardians (or one of them) or another adult.
