The realization of Christmas Villages in the communities of Agros, Kyperounta, Platres, Kalopanayiotis and Kakopetria is planned by the Deputy Ministry of Tourism.
For this purpose, with an open call, it invites the submission of proposals for participation in the artistic events program of the Christmas Villages. "Proposals should be for musical performances or interactive street performances. The offerees can include in the proposed interactive performances various forms of art such as music, dance, performing, musical, etc." The deadline for the submission of Proposals is Monday 11/10/2021.
According to the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, the Christmas Villages will be dressed festively and will offer visitors spectacle, tastes and experiences from the Cypriot countryside, hospitality, nature and culture in a Christmas atmosphere.
The Christmas Villages will be open from 27 November 2021 until 6 January 2022 (weekdays 11:00-16:00 and weekends 11:00-18:00).
The program of artistic events will be offered to each Community on weekends 27-28 November 2021, 4-5, 11-12 and 18-19 December 2021 and daily during the period 23/12/2021-2/1/2022, i.e. a total of 19 days in each Community.
