A fire broke out at noon on Friday in wild vegetation on the bed of the river Galia in Agios Sososes.
According to the Fire Department spokesman, two fire trucks from Nicosia Fire Stations responded and the Department of Forests and Thera Fund were called in for assistance.
Half an hour later, according to Mr. Ketti, a new fire broke out between the communities of Crete Terra, Droushia and Arodos, on dry greens and 20 hay balls.
3 fire trucks from Paphos rural fire stations and fire trucks of the Department of Forests are attending..
