In order to better serve citizens, the Ministry of Health offers the possibility to people who wish to arrange an appointment for vaccination against COVID-19 through the telephone lines of the Ministry of Health 22 60 54 00, 97 71 01 01 and 97 71 02 02.
It is clarified that citizens can communicate by phone on the above telephone numbers from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. After 4 p.m., citizens can only send a text message to mobile phones 97 71 01 01 and 97 71 02 02.
The appointment for vaccination against COVID-19 will only be arranged within the week of the citizen's telephone communication, as the staff managing the telephone calls know about the availability of appointments at the Vaccination Centres in Cyprus only for the current week.
It is again clarified that these telephone lines cannot be used for reprogramming the 1st dose arranged through the Vaccination Portal by the beneficiary himself. Citizens who for any reason wish to reschedule an appointment for the 1st instalment must contact call centre 1474, cancel their appointment and arrange a new one through the Vaccination Portal or by phone.
Please note that any requests for reprogramming sent to the e-vacrescheduling@mphs.moh.gov.cy will not normally be settled for the benefit of citizens.
Finally, it should be noted that the Vaccination Portal remains open continuously and interested citizens can schedule appointments with available vaccines.
