PHONE LINES OPEN [wef 19 July] TO RESCHEDULE VACCINATIONS

Telephone lines are available to the public from next Monday, in which citizens can call for the rescheduling of their vaccination appointments.

As stated in a communication, while remaining committed to the objective of continuously improving the service of citizens and minimising inconvenience and delays, the Ministry of Health proceeds from Monday, 19 July, to the operation of telephone lines to facilitate citizens who wish to reschedule their appointment for the administration of the 2nd dose of the vaccine.

In particular, citizens who have postponed or missed their vaccination appointment with the 2nd dose can contact 22 605 400, 97 710 101 and 97 710 202, where they should indicate the following:

  • Name
  • No. ID Card
  • Date of birth
  • Date and time of appointment
  • Vaccination Center
  • Type of vaccine
  • No of Contact phone (preferably mobile phone)

The e-mail address vacrescheduling@mphs.moh.gov.cy cancelled.

In case of cancellation of an appointment for the 1st instalment, citizens must contact call centre 1474. After cancellation, they can re-arrange appointments through the Vaccination Portal in day, time and Vaccination Center they wish.

Finally, it is recalled that the Vaccination Portal is constantly open for scheduling appointments by people aged 16 and over, with all available vaccines.

The intention is to continue vaccination coverage as much of the population as possible in order to achieve our goal of protecting the population and improving the epidemiological situation for the benefit of the society and economy of our country.
