The Department of Public Works, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works, announces that, on Friday 9/7/2021, from 18:00 in the evening until 23:00 at the latest, the following roads in Nicosia will be closed to traffic due to the conduct of night running/road races called"Running under the Moon" ( www.runningunderthemoon.com ):
- Road in front of the Athalassa Nurseries, from its confluence with Athalassa Avenue rather than the Church of Agios Georgios to its confluence with the Nicosia – Limassol motorway.
- Road B1 – Limassol Avenue from the roundabout rather than The Mall of Cyprus to its intersection with Nursery Street –E101.
The Department of Public Works apologizes for the inevitable inconvenience that will be caused and invites the public to demonstrate the necessary understanding and to comply with the temporary road signs and the instructions of the Police.
