From 04 to 10 July 2021, the Tripartite Exercise "FALCON - 2021" took place in Serbia, with the participation of Special Operations Units from Cyprus, Greece and Serbia.
The National Guard participated for the first time in this exercise, with a Special Operations Team of Commando Command, consisting of one officer and nine petty officers. During the exercise, the staff practiced special operations planning procedures, which included performing High Altitude Low Opening (HALO), both during the day and during the night.
The participation of our paratroopers in this exercise, in addition to deepening the relations of the personnel of the participating countries and the experience gained by the executives, contributes to increasing the operational capabilities of the free fall teams. It also reflects the excellent cooperation between the Armed Forces of the participating countries.
