Rescheduling
of vaccination appointments for 7 June, due to PASYNOs strike |

As a result of the 12-hour work
stoppage by members of the Nurses' Union (PASYNO) on Monday, 7 June, which
affects the operation of Vaccination Centres, which will have to operate
with minimum staff, the Ministry of Health informs that it is already taking
necessary action so that a number of vaccination appointments can be
rescheduled for other days. Specifically, the affected
Vaccination Centres are: Larnaka: Port B Lemesos: Spyros Kyprianou
Vaccination Centres B and E Ammochostos: Ammochostos
General Hospital, Vaccination Centre C. Citizens having an appointment
scheduled for Monday, 7 June, at the above centres, will be informed by
Sunday, through a text message sent on their mobile phones stating their new
appointment date. The Ministry of Health
apologizes for any inconvenience that may be caused and calls on affected
citizens not to come for a vaccination on Monday, but on the date stated in
the text message they will be sent. EH |
