The Paphos Region Tourism Development and Promotion Company, continuing its efforts to promote the countryside, has planned for the next two months free bus trips to various communities in northeastern Paphos.
Tours, which will include guided tours, will take place every Saturday for the months of July and August from 09.30-16.45 with the aim of getting to know visitors to the countryside.
A licensed tour guide will accompany the visitors, while the excursions will include among other communities such as Axylos, Amargyri, Sttos-Agios Fotios, Panagia and others. Visits will include workshops for the manufacture of traditional products, tours and wine tasting in wineries, getting to know craftsmen and more.
Each excursion is offered free of charge and the starting point and end of the tour has been determined the entrance of the archaeological park in Kato Paphos.
The EFF Paphos in its announcement invites both local and foreign visitors to take advantage of the opportunity and participate in these excursions to get to know the countryside and to love Cyprus even more.
The whole effort is part of the strategy of the Ministry of Tourism and the institutions of Paphos to promote the countryside, promote its particular characteristics and restore it to sustainable development rates.
