A big change is coming for WhatsApp. The messaging app is expected in the coming days to announce its new feature, which will allow users to transfer their conversation history to a new device and a different number.
The feature will be available for all devices. That's for both iOS and Android.
What does this change mean? A user who is currently transferred from an Android device to an iOS cannot retrieve their conversations from the WhatsApp app after the content has been saved to the Android device. But he will now have that possibility.
The application will enable users after making the required update to have available the history of their conversations between different devices, as well as different phone numbers, while at the same time all files exchanged with their contacts can be kept.
Please note that this feature will only be provided to users who log on to their WhatsApp account from a new device. The operation is under development and will soon be available to the public.
