If you are aware of any expats who have still not sorted out their residency paperwork, please note that CRPG will close off residency applications on 30 June so it is advisable to contact the CRPG Helpdesk by 14 June 2021 if assistance is required.

CRPG will help people, who have not already done so, apply for their MUKW1, 2 or 3 [these are a biometric form of the previous MEU1, 2 and 3 and have now been replaced for new applications with the biometric residency]. Please note that the MEU1, 2 and 3 continue to be valid and there is no requirement at this stage to upgrade to the biometric format.
To apply for the MUKW1, 2 or 3 you will need to show that you arrived or were resident in Cyprus prior to the end of the Withdrawal Agreement on 31 December 2020 and have documentary evidence to support your application.
If you arrived post 31 December 2020, then you will need to apply to Immigration as a Third Country National - CIVIL REGISTRY AND MIGRATION DEPARTMENT - Migration Section (moi.gov.cy) Please note that CRPG are unable to help you with your application if you fall into this category as they were set up to assist UK Nationals who meet the criteria to apply for residency under the terms of the Withdrawal Agreement only.
