The Ministry of Health informs the consumer that the Health Services of the Ministry, in the context of the official controls they carry out on the market, have sampled the following product, which, after laboratory tests in the accredited laboratories of the General Chemistry of the State, has been found to contain milk proteins, without being indicated on the product label (list of ingredients) in violation of the provisions of the applicable legislation on food labelling.
Milk proteins are among the allergens and can cause health problems in people who are allergic to them.

The Health Services of the Ministry of Health have already informed the company that manufactures and distributes the product in question on the Cypriot market, with instructions for immediate recall/withdrawal of all quantities of the batch concerned.
However, since a quantity of this batch may already be in the possession of consumers who have an allergic reaction to the consumption of milk proteins, they are encouraged to avoid its consumption and return it to the places where they bought it.
