As part of the continuation of the National Vaccination Plan against COVID-19 and aiming at faster vaccination coverage of the population, the Ministry of Health is accelerating its pace so that by the beginning of May at least the 1st dose of the vaccine will be administered to people aged 40 years and over.
Specifically, between 27-29 April, the Vaccination Portal will be available for arranging appointments as follows:
Age 42 - Tuesday 27 April - 7.30am to 8pm
Age 41 - Wednesday 28 April - 7.30am to 8pm
Age 39-40 - Thursday 29 April - 7.30am to 8pm
Up to 25 April, a total of 241,700 vaccinations (27.5doses per 100 inhabitants) were carried out. According to the data published on the ECDC website, the 1st dose has been administered at 23.2% (181,230), while two doses have been administered at 8.3% (60,470).
