It freezes increases in rents by decision of the Council of Ministers, which was published in the Official Journal of the Republic.
In particular, by decision of the Council of Ministers and on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Public Order (Decree pursuant to Article 8(4)a), the rate of 0 per cent (zero per cent) was set as a ceiling for rent growth for the two years between 22 April 2021 and 21 April 2023.
