With the aim of continuously improving the service of all its customers, Cyta proceeded to the creation of its new mobile store.
Cyta Mobile Shop, according to Insider information starting on Monday, April 5, will travel to 16 communities/villages/municipalities, all over Cyprus to offer Cyta's products and services without restrictions even in non-urban centres.
At Cyta Mobile Shop customers will be able to:
- They pay their phone bills.
- Buy devices & accessories
- Link services
In addition, customers will be able to order devices & accessories by calling 8000 2266 free of charge to receive them on cyta mobile shop's next visit to the community/village that serves them.
The opening hours of 8000 2266 will be from 8:00 in the morning until 2:00 after noon. Outside working hours customers will be able to leave an audio message or email to mobileshop@cyta.com.cy and the relevant team will call them the next business day.
The Cyta Mobile Shop will start its routes in rural areas of Cyprus on 5 April 2021. Cyta Mobile Shop will make a total of 8 trips covering 16 communities that it will visit twice a month, from Monday to Thursday, except holidays to below:
The program will change every 3 months taking into account the changing needs of Cyta customers!
