YELLOW WEATHER WARNING FOR THURSDAY

Rain is expected tomorrow against the backdrop of the weather, as a yellow warning was issued by the weather service. According to the warning, which will be effective from Thursday morning, from 08:00 to 22:00, isolated storms are expected, which are likely to affect the area, while the intensity of rain may exceed 35 mm per hour.

The weather pattern seems to be changing since Friday night.

Here's the weather report:

Tonight, periods with mostly atrium weather will alternate with clouds, while, mainly initially, isolated rains or storms are expected, mainly on the coast. Locally, in the higher mountains, there is likely to be transient snowfall. Winds will blow southwest as northwest, weak to moderate, 3 to 4 beaufort, but initially on the coast to strong, 4 to 5 beaufort. The sea will be a little turbulent and in the eye until it's troubled. The temperature will drop around 5 degrees inland, around 10 on the west coast, around 8 on the rest of the coast and around minus one degree in the higher mountains. Locally in the mountains, frost will form.

Tomorrow Thursday, early morning isolated rain or storm events are expected in the western half of the island, but soon the weather will become partly cloudy and transiently cloudy, with local rains, isolated storms and local snowfall, in the higher mountains. Winds will blow south to southwest moderate to strong, 4 to 5 beaufors, and in the winds or in a storm up to very strong, 6 beaufort. The sea will be a little turbulent until it is troubled and in the predating agitated. The temperature will rise around 18 degrees inland, around 19 degrees on the coast and around 7 degrees in the higher mountains.

Tomorrow night the weather will continue to be initially partly cloudy and transiently cloudy, with local rains, isolated storms and local snowfall in the higher mountains. A gradual improvement in the weather is expected later, with phenomena limited to the coast and mountains. Winds will blow southwest as northwest, weak to moderate, 3 to 4 beaufort, but initially on the coast to strong, 4 to 5 beaufort. The sea will be a little turbulent and in the eye until it's troubled.

On Friday, periods with mostly atrium weather will alternate with clouds, while in the morning individual rains or storms are expected, on the coast and in the mountains. Local rains or storms are expected later, mainly in mountainous, inland and eastern-southeastern coastal areas. Locally, in the higher mountains, transient snowfall is expected. In the evening the weather will improve significantly.

At the weekend the weather will be mostly atrium, with locally increased clouds from time to time.

The temperature will not change significantly on Friday, to range below average climatic values, while the weekend is expected to gradually notice a marked rise in temperature, to range slightly above average climatic values.
