Please be alert to strangers in your area and ensure your car doors are locked, and no valuables are left in your vehicle.
At 5am on Wednesday 10 March, in the lower Stephanie area, security cameras captured footage of a man opening a gate and entering a drive where he tried the driver's door. It was locked so the man walked away. A neighbour a few doors away had left his car doors unlocked and he found one of the doors partly open. Nothing appears to have been stolen.
From the footage, the man looks to be reasonably tall, of slim build, wearing a flat cap and is estimated to be around 60/70. European, with pale skin.
