Free testing programs are continuing with rapid antigen testing of the general population and employees, with a view to continuous surveillance of the community and workplaces.
With a view to the smooth and safe operation of enterprises operating in accordance with the Decrees, employers in enterprises, as well as Heads in Departments/Services of the public and wider public sector have a responsibility to coordinate as employees undergo rapid testing, in order to ensure the mandatory weekly examination with rapid test of staff antigen as follows:
- Enterprises/services employing up to 3persons , control should be carried out on all employees.
- Enterprises/services employing between 4 and 10persons should be checked on at least 4 employees.
- Enterprises/services employing more than 11persons should be checked on at least 4 persons or 20%of employees, whichever is greater in number .
Therefore, workers may come to the sampling points operating in all Provinces, in accordance with the plan drawn up by the employer/head. For Friday, February 12, sampling units will be located in Paphos:
