Please note that whilst Tala Council office is open again, due to covid restrictions imposed as a result of lockdown, there is currently only one person in the office each day. This situation is likely to continue until the end of January. That member of staff could have to leave the office on occasion, if work necessitates.
If you wish to settle bills, please note that accounts should be re-loaded back onto the JCC Smart system the week commencing 18 January. No late-payment penalties have been added due to the pandemic.
