Information from one resident following discussion with their doctor:
1 If you take blood thinners, no problem with having the Covid vaccine - but it is important to advise the person giving the jab as they apparently press down harder on the syringe when applying the vaccine.
2 No-one should have the Covid vaccine within 14 days of receiving any other vaccine - whether it is for flu, pneumococcal protection, or anything else.
Please ensure you check with your own GP regarding any medication that you take for confirmation that it is in order for you to have the Covid injection.
