The Paphos Region Tourism Development and Promotion Company (EFF) continuing efforts to attract domestic tourism, with the support of the Ministry of Tourism, began this week the implementation of the second phase of the campaign which will last until mid-November 2020.
According to an EFF announcement, the Pancyprian promotion again includes an organized intensive campaign on social media, namely Facebook and Instagram, and will also include online competitions, articles, etc.
As mentioned, Paphos expects, with the parallel efforts of tourism professionals and the Ministry of Tourism, to be able to continue attracting permanent residents of Cyprus until November.
In particular, the targeting of the campaign is focused on attracting families, young couples and potential fans of football teams who wish to watch matches of their favourite team at stelios Kyriakidis stadium in conjunction with a holiday weekend.
In addition, the EFF notes that at this time it is known that the entire province of Paphos offers a wide range of experiences with dozens of options such as excursions to the beautiful countryside, Akamas, cycling or tour along the beautiful coastline, visits to the unique sites of cultural and archaeological interest, swimming in crystal clear seas, wine tours, etc.
A large number of hotel accommodations, tourist and food businesses, as well as similar infrastructure and services are in full operation while very attractive packages are offered by accommodation providers, concludes the announcement.
