As stated in a press release of the Civil Aviation Authority, from Thursday 9 July to Monday 31 August 2020, the Ministry of Defence informs that the mandatory completion of the Passenger Locator Form (PLF) form by all international passengers to Greece should take place 24 hours before check-in and not 48 hours valid until 8/7/2020.
As stated in the detailed instructions, the tracking form is a key element of the design to protect citizens and limit the spread of the conovirus pandemic.
If the relevant form is not completed, passengers on the basis of a Joint Ministerial Decision will face a €500 fine upon arrival in Greece.
