Tragedy turned into a tragedy, which occurred early Wednesday afternoon in the village of Tala in Paphos, as the unfortunate 75-year-old finally succumbed to his injuries.
According to the first information, the accident at work occurred shortly after 15:00, when a 75-year-old E/C was carrying out work with a lifting machine, under conditions that are being investigated, lost control and was overturned.
The Fire Department was called to the scene to free the driver, who had been taken to Paphos Hospital with serious injuries.
Police were at the scene to further investigate the circumstances of the accident.
