From Cyprus Police - translation but the meaning is clear as regards what the decree is:
With regard to various media reports and rumours circulating about differentiating the providence of the decrees regarding the transition of believers to the holy temples, the Police state that this is NOT the case.
For the purpose of avoiding any misinterpretations regarding the transition of believers to the holy temples, the provisions of the last relevant decree issued by the Ministry of Health dated 30/4/2020, which states that individual prayer is permitted in churches, mosques and other religious places of worship, except for the hours of religious ceremonies (e.g. Mass) and provided that, within the area of religious worship, no more than 10 people are present.
The Cyprus Police is constantly at the forefront of overseeing the implementation of all the provisions of the relevant orders. For this reason, for the purposes of avoiding insacious and/or unpleasant situations and suffering, both priests and believers are called in full compliance with the announced measures against the koronyovirus.
It should be assumed that the shortest way back to our lives is going through the faithful implementation of the experts' measures and instructions.
