A new decree issued on Thursday by the Ministry of Health adds the Agriculture Ministry’s Veterinary Services among essential services, the CNA reports.
The decree also amended Regulation 2.d in the legislation setting measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 as follows:
“d. Scheduled surgeries in state and private hospitals are suspended as are admissions of patients whose health condition allows it and there is no threat to human life.”
The regulation on surgeries will go into effect on April 27 at 6 am and the regulation on essential services is effective immediately.
