MORE THAN 100,000 SMS REJECTED ON FIRST DAY OF NEW MEASURES

According to data from the Deputy Ministry of Innovation, on March 31, the first day of new stricter lockdown measures limiting daily outings to once a day, 298,000 SMS requests were sent to 8998 requesting circulation approval, with only 179,937 of them getting it, philenews reports.
It was also mentioned that an increase in SMS requests for movement by exception rose by 33% attributed to the new rule prohibiting circulation via paper claim to anyone under 65.

According to the Deputy Ministry’s data, 45% of approved requests were for reason no 2 (supermarkets etc), 19.3% for exercise and 14.5% for a visit to a doctor or pharmacy.
