The Health Ministry on Tuesday named two businesses where employees have tested positive for coronavirus, in line with a decision last week to publicise, for public health reasons, the names of entities in the private and public sector with such cases.
In an official announcement, it said that according to test results of yesterday, two employees were found positive to Covid-19 at:
- EDIFA Paphos (Enomena Farmakia Kyprou)
- Salad packing unit of Eurofresh Fruit and Vegetables Ltd in Yeri
Both individuals who tested positive have been absent from work since April 15.
Management of both companies were informed and have taken all the necessary measures, the ministry added.
