This week a green truck was seen dumping garden waste into a ravine in Kamares. This creates a serious fire hazard in the summer and is also a prime nesting site for vermin and snakes.
If you use a gardener, please check as to how they dispose of garden waste, and ask them to obtain a receipt from the Green Centre, if that is indeed how they dispose of the cuttings.
