Responding to the publicʼs need
for information on the emergency decisions taken to address the spread of the Coronavirus disease, the Ministry of Labour, Welfare and Social Insurance announces that, as of Monday, 23 March, the pancyprian 1433 call center will begin operation, to answer of the public on measures concerning the Ministry of Labour, Welfare and Social Insurance only. The call center will operate from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00. The call centerʼs operating hours during weekends will be announced shortly. It is also noted that answers to the most frequently asked questions on the measures announced by the Ministry of Labour, Welfare and Social Insurance are available on the Ministryʼs website (www.mlsi.gov.cy) as well as on the Press and Information Officeʼs website (www.pio.gov.cy/coronavirus).
