I was contacted today by someone who has just used the home delivery service of Papantiniou Supermarket.
They contacted the supermarket by email, listing clearly the items they would like, and showing their name, address and phone no. They said they did not need same day delivery but would appreciate, if at all possible, a delivery the next day.
They received a phone call from a very polite young lady who explained that a couple of items were not available and offered alternatives which the lady was free to accept or decline.
A phone call was then received from the delivery driver asking if they could meet at Visteria Kiosk - money [in a plastic bag] was handed over, and the box of shopping was lifted into the car.
The resident was most impressed with the efficient and polite service and would recommend it to anyone who is trying to isolate themselves as much as possible.
